Customizing Gallery Templates
All gallery templates are starting points. After adding a template to your workspace:
- Edit instructions to match your specific terminology and requirements
- Add or remove sections as needed
- Change output data types to match your integration needs
- Toggle Deep Analysis on or off depending on the level of detail you need
When to Use Gallery Templates vs. AI Generation
The gallery is useful when you want a quick starting point for a common meeting type. However, in most cases, prompting the AI assistant directly will produce better templates that fit your specific needs more deeply.
The AI assistant can tailor every section, instruction, and output type to your exact workflow, terminology, and integration requirements. Gallery templates are generic by design. AI generated templates are personalized from the start.
Our recommendation:
- Use gallery templates when you need something working in 30 seconds and plan to customize later
- Use AI generation when you want the best fit for your specific use case from the start
- Combine both: start from a gallery template, then ask the AI assistant to refine it based on your needs
